Brittney A. Rudolph joined Caplin & Drysdale as an Associate in the Exempt Organizations practice group in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rudolph practiced at a national law firm in Washington, D.C. assisting tax exempt organizations and federal grant recipients on various transactional matters involving governance, tax exempt status considerations, contracting, and addressing operational challenges as well as responding to government investigations.

Ms. Rudolph represents private foundations, public charities, and other tax-exempt organizations on a wide range of complex tax matters.

Highlights

Ms. Rudolph earned her undergraduate degree and law degree from American University. During law school, she served as a Note & Comment Editor of the American University Business Law Review. Ms. Rudolph was also the 3rd place winner of the University of Maryland’s ninth Annual Health Law Regulatory & Compliance competition.
