Enforcing International Arbitration Clauses in Bankruptcy Proceedings

For decades, international arbitration enjoyed enhanced standing in US bankruptcy proceedings, while domestic arbitration was subjected to a different analysis. More recently, bankruptcy courts have treated international and domestic arbitration clauses equally.
