In addition to transactional work, Ms. Amundsen also advises corporations on a variety of formation, operational, and governance issues. She understands the importance of building a strong foundation for any business and works closely with founders and their teams to ensure their companies are structured for success. 

With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and investment matters, Ms. Amundsen brings a strategic perspective to every transaction. Her ability to identify key issues and negotiate favorable terms for clients has consistently earned her their trust as a thoughtful and skilled advisor. Whether advising startups or established businesses, Ms. Amundsen draws on her years in private practice to help founders and other stakeholders work together to overcome challenges and achieve their shared business goals.

Highlights

Ms. Amundsen joined our Washington, D.C. office in 2023 after practicing corporate law at an international law firm and co-founding a nationally recognized baby carrier company. During law school at University of California, Berkeley, she was the CFO of the Berkeley Law Foundation and contributed to the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law and Justice.
