Caplin & Drysdale Welcomes Richard Reinhold to International Tax Practice
Caplin & Drysdale is pleased to welcome Richard L. Reinhold as an Of Counsel in the firm’s International Tax practice group.

Mr. Reinhold's practice focuses on assisting multinational corporations and high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of complex tax issues including planning, audits and appeals. While at the IRS Chief Counsel, he participated in drafting guidance on a variety of international tax matters, advised on complex controversy matters, and appeared on behalf of the IRS in Appeals conferences. Prior to joining IRS, Mr. Reinhold served as a Professor at both Cornell Law School and New York University, School of Law. His courses covered International Tax, Tax Treaties, U.S. Supreme Court Tax Cases, and Partnership Taxation. Prior to his full-time teaching at Cornell Mr. Reinhold was for many years a partner in a Wall Street law firm.
