Caplin & Drysdale Welcomes New Associates Matthew Beckerman and Olivia Rosenzweig
Caplin & Drysdale is thrilled to announce that Matthew Beckerman and Olivia Rosenzweig have joined the Washington, D.C. office as Associates in the Complex Litigation and Bankruptcy practice groups.
Ms. Rosenzweig’s practice focuses on advising individuals, corporations, and nonprofits on an array of intricate litigation and bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rosenzweig practiced litigation at an international law firm in Washington, D.C. While at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, she served on the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot Court team and was an Articles Editor of the Journal of International Law. In addition, Ms. Rosenzweig served as the president of both the Penn Law International Arbitration Association and the Jewish Law Students Association.
At Caplin & Drysdale, Mr. Beckerman advises individuals and corporations on all aspects of litigation at both the state and federal level. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on bankruptcy litigation. Prior to joining Caplin & Drysdale, Mr. Beckerman clerked at the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. He also worked as a litigator for a prominent national nonprofit. While at Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Beckerman served as an editor on the Georgetown Journal of International Law and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
