Advancements in AI are a hot topic, but what about other advancements in other areas? Traditional discovery pervades tax practice and Electronic Discovery—involving Electronically Stored Information (“ESI”)—continues to dominate the discovery process, often imposing significant burdens and proportionality challenges.
