Beth Kaufman to Speak at Webcast for ALAS Members

The webcast will address issues facing trust and estate practitioners, including client-driven aggressive estate planning, tax issues arising from the recent tax code amendments, handling hard-to-value assets and 2036 family limited partnerships, lawyer and/or the client as fiduciary concerns, conflicts of interest, and practicing across state lines. The panel will identify what practitioners should watch out for and offer suggestions as to how lawyers can plan ahead to avoid later trouble.
