Beth Kaufman to Participate in Estate Tax Panel

Beth Shapiron Kaufman of Caplin & Drysdale will participate in a 90-minute panel, which analyzes the impact of the new estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax law that is expected to emerge from Congress any day now. The panel will not only examine the changes made by the new law, but also will discuss the planning opportunities remaining in 2010 and the opportunities available under the new law. All participants will have the opportunity to email questions to the faculty during the program, and all participants will have access to the program archive indefinitely.
