Description: District of Columbia Bar's Taxation Section/Estate Planning Committee in co-sponsorship with the Estates, Trusts & Probate Law Section presents a Luncheon Program: Tax Planning Proposals for a New Era. This program will focus on the status of and provisions contained in current estate tax legislation, as well possible provisions in future legislative proposals. In addition, the risks of legislative inaction will be discussed.
