Zhanna A. Ziering is an associate in Caplin & Drysdale's New York office. Prior to joining Caplin & Drysdale, Ms. Ziering was practicing tax controversy and litigation at an international law firm.
Services
Ms. Ziering counsels individual and corporate clients in federal and state tax controversy and litigation matters, and related civil, criminal and regulatory proceedings. She has experience representing clients in proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Justice, and other government regulators. Ms. Ziering is fluent in Russian.
