Associate compensation at Caplin & Drysdale is competitive with other top Washington, D.C. law firms. Compensation is based on class year and achievement and is reviewed annually. The starting salary for a 2007 law school graduate is $145,000. Associates coming off clerkships typically receive a bonus and class credit for each year of clerkship.
In addition to base compensation, associates are eligible for annual merit bonuses.
