Natalie Fay Green is an associate in Caplin & Drysdale's Washington, D.C. office. She joined the firm in 2005.
She advises exempt organizations regarding charitable contributions, qualifications for tax exemption, lobbying, political campaign intervention, governance concerns, domestic and international grant-making, excise taxes, penalties, executive compensation and unrelated business income. She also represents nonprofit clients in complex, high-profile examinations and investigations involving exemption issues, alleged political campaign intervention, intermediate sanctions, church tax examinations, tax shelters and related party transactions. Her clients include public charities, supporting organizations, hospitals, religious organizations and integrated auxiliaries, private foundations, social welfare organizations, trade associations, social clubs, communal organizations and political action committees.
Prior to joining Caplin & Drysdale, Natalie Fay Green practiced in the tax group of a major international law firm.
