Leila Carney is an associate in Caplin & Drysdale's Washington, D.C. office. She joined the firm in 2004, after graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Ms. Carney’s practice at Caplin & Drysdale includes domestic tax planning and controversy work. She has handled collection matters such as installment agreements, offers in compromise and innocent spouse petitions. She also has experience in obtaining tax-exempt status for public and private charities as well as trade associations.
