Kristy Bernard Tsadick is an Associate in Caplin & Drysdale's Washington, D.C. office. She joined the firm in 2007.
Since 2000, Ms. Tsadick has worked in the field of government relations and political activity law compliance in law firms and in-house at a Fortune 10 corporation. She has experience drafting and implementing compliance policies regarding federal, state, and local political activity and preparing and filing lobbying and campaign finance registrations and reports. She has previously designed and managed databases and processes to monitor corporate participation in the political process. In addition, she has drafted legislation, analyzed and tracked legislation and issues, and provided comprehensive legal support and advice to clients to assist in their lobbying strategy and efforts.
Ms. Tsadick received her undergraduate and law degrees from Georgetown University. While at Georgetown University Law Center, she was a member of the
Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics.
