Kevin C. Maclay is Of Counsel in Caplin & Drysdale's Washington, D.C. office. He joined the firm's litigation group in 2006. Mr. Maclay specializes in complex civil and commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on bankruptcy litigation, including creditors' rights and retention issues.
Additionally, Mr. Maclay has extensive experience in general commercial litigation, including antitrust and securities fraud litigation. His work has also included commercial contract actions, trade secret misappropriation cases, product liability actions and defamation actions. He has represented clients at the trial and appellate levels of state and federal courts across the country, as well as in commercial arbitrations.
Mr. Maclay has also represented clients in various governmental proceedings, including investigations and enforcement actions by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Federal Trade Commission.
