Kirsten Burmester is an associate in Caplin & Drysdale's Washington, D.C. office. She joined the firm in 2005, after earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.

She has advised individuals and businesses on international taxation issues, including structuring and reporting cross-border investments, retirement planning, and estate planning.
