James B. McOmber is an Associate in Caplin & Drysdale's Washington, DC office. He joined the firm in 2007, after serving for two years as an Associate in the tax group of a major international law firm.
Mr. McOmber’s Caplin & Drysdale practice focuses on international tax planning, including both inbound and outbound taxation. He also has experience with domestic and international financing transactions.
Prior to joining Caplin & Drysdale, Mr. McOmber taught rhetoric and communication at several colleges and universities.
